About Invoreg AI
Invoreg is invoice automation for accounting firms. It reads each supplier invoice — the header and every line, including the VAT rate per line — flags duplicates, lets an accountant check the result and posts the bill to your accounting software through its API in one click.
Who builds it
Invoreg AI is a startup in the fintech space, based in Malta. The product grew out of a live multi-company workspace in which more than 14,000 supplier documents have been registered.
Where data is processed
In the European Union. Documents are processed and stored on infrastructure located in the EU, invoice content is processed and stored in EU regions only, and customer documents are never used to train AI models. A GDPR data processing agreement is signed with every firm. Security & privacy
What Invoreg does not do
- No bank feeds
- Invoreg does not connect to bank accounts or import bank transactions. It generates SEPA payment files for the invoices you select and tracks paid status.
- No e-invoice transmission yet
- Invoreg does not send or receive structured e-invoices over Peppol or national platforms today. It captures the line-level invoice data that e-invoicing and digital VAT reporting will require.
- No replacement ledger
- Your accounting software stays your ledger. Invoreg reads its vendors, items, tax codes and chart of accounts, and posts bills back through the API.
- No unattended posting
- Nothing is posted without an accountant's click, and up to three approval levels can be required first.
