Bank reconciliation, done by AI.
Upload the bank statement, even a PDF or a scan. Invoreg AI reads every line, matches each payment to the invoices it settles, and flags what it isn't sure about. You stop ticking statement lines and start reviewing exceptions.
From statement to reconciled in four steps
Upload
Drop in the bank statement: a PDF, a scan or an export from your bank. Each client company keeps its own statements.
Read
The AI reads every line: date, amount, reference and who the payment was to or from, even when the reference says almost nothing.
Match
Each payment is matched to the invoices and bills it settles, including one payment that covers several invoices. Matched invoices are marked paid.
Approve
Anything uncertain is flagged with its likely matches. You check, approve, and the statement is reconciled in your accounting software.
The hard part isn't the easy lines. It's the ones that don't match.
One payment, many invoices
−€1,742.80 settles three invoices: 612.40 + 830.00 + 300.40.
References that say nothing
“TRF 88213” on the statement, with no invoice number and no supplier name.
Statements as PDFs
No bank feed, so the statement arrives as a PDF or on paper and someone ticks every line.
Month-end pressure
Reconciliation sits at the end of the close, so every slow line delays the month.
Invoreg reads the statement and does the matching. A person only looks at the lines it flags.
Invoices and bank statements, in one place
The supplier invoices Invoreg reads and registers are the same invoices it matches payments against. One workspace, one queue per client company, and the same credits for every document.
Questions accountants ask
What does Invoreg do with a bank statement?
It reads every line of the statement (date, amount, reference and counterparty), matches each payment to the invoices and bills it settles, and marks matched invoices as paid. Lines it cannot match with confidence are flagged for a person to check. Once you approve, the statement is reconciled in your accounting software.
Do I need a bank feed?
No. Upload the statement your bank gives you, including a PDF or a scanned page. If your accounting software already receives a bank feed, Invoreg works alongside it.
Can one payment be matched to several invoices?
Yes. A single transfer that settles several invoices from the same supplier is matched to all of them, and each invoice is marked as paid.
What happens when the AI isn't sure?
Nothing is reconciled on a guess. The line is flagged, the likely candidates are shown, and a person picks the right one and approves.
How is reconciliation priced?
Bank statements use the same credits as invoices: one credit covers a document of up to three pages, and longer statements use one credit for every three pages. There is no separate reconciliation fee.
Which accounting software does it work with?
The accounting software you connect to Invoreg. See the connectors page for what is live and what is planned.
