Worked example: a firm with 40 clients
40 clients × 60 supplier invoices a month = 2,400 invoices. At €0.35 that is €840 a month, against roughly 100 hours of manual entry at 2.5 minutes each. Add 5 users on the Firm plan: €890 a month.

One supplier document of up to three pages, whatever the format: PDF, scan, phone photo or an email attachment pulled from the mailbox. A six-page invoice counts as two. Credit notes count as invoices. Duplicates the system refuses to register, and documents the AI cannot read at all, are not charged.
No. Pay as you go has no subscription, no minimum volume and no minimum number of client organisations; you are billed monthly in arrears for the invoices read that month. The Firm plan is the only recurring charge, at €10 per user per month, and can be added or removed at any time.
Forty clients receiving 60 supplier invoices a month is 2,400 invoices, or €840 a month at €0.35 each. With five users on the Firm plan the total is €890. The same volume typed by hand at 2.5 minutes per invoice is roughly 100 staff hours a month.
