Duplicates rarely look like duplicates. Different file names, a photo instead of a PDF, a resend after a reminder. Caught at month end they cost an hour of reconciliation; missed, they cost a double payment.
Invoreg links every new document to anything that matches it and refuses to register a duplicate. Documents already in your accounting software are matched automatically, so the case "already booked, now uploaded" is handled too.
