Add a mailbox. Settings → Email mailboxes → Add. Connect the address suppliers already use, or create a new one and forward to it. One mailbox per company organisation.
Send a test. Email an invoice to the address. Within a minute it appears in Buying with the status New, unregistered, waiting for a check.
Multi-page PDFs. A single PDF with several invoices inside — thirteen pages from one supplier run, say — is split into separate documents automatically, one per invoice, each read on its own.
Phone photos and scans. The same mailbox takes JPG, PNG and HEIC. Upside-down receipts and low-quality photos are straightened and read; anything the AI doubts is flagged on the field.
Check and register as in tutorial 02. Nothing posts until someone clicks Register.
