Getting started — create an organisation and connect your accounting software

Create a client organisation, connect your accounting software, and add a mailbox. Five minutes end to end.

  1. Create the organisation. Manage organisations → Create. Name, VAT number, country.
  2. Connect your accounting software. Settings → Integrations → Accounting software. Authorise, then map default accounts.
  3. Add a mailbox. Settings → Email mailboxes. Suppliers can keep sending to the same address.
  4. Upload your first invoice or wait for the mailbox to pull one in. Check the fields, click Register.
