New client? Getting them set up in Invoreg takes about five minutes, in three steps. Step one: create the organisation.
Open Manage Organizations, and click Create. Type the company name, the VAT number and the country, then click Create. Step two: connect your accounting software.
In Settings, open Integrations, and click Connect. Sign in to your accounting software, allow access, and pick the matching company. Invoreg brings in your chart of accounts, tax codes, vendors and items.
Then set your default accounts, once. Step three: add a mailbox. Suppliers keep sending to the address they already use, or you forward it to the new one.
That's it. Invoices start arriving in Buying, ready for you to check and register. Next up: reading and registering your first invoice.
