Here's how a supplier invoice goes from a PDF to a bill in your accounting software, in about a minute. In Buying, click New document, or just drop the file in. The AI reads it in about half a minute.
When the status says AI parsed, it's ready. Open it. The invoice is on the left, and everything the AI read is on the right.
Check three things: the supplier, the date, and the total. Every line is already filled in, with its code and VAT. If the supplier isn't in your accounting software yet, press plus.
